About this coffee
We bought Augusto's coffee in the past, but this is our first time buying his prized Sidra lot ! Sidra is a less known varietal than Gesha, but not less delicious. It's a cross between the bourbon varietal and some Ethiopian landrace . It's floral and delicate, yet very sweet and bold . Source: rabbitholeroasters.com (roaster’s own copy).
