About this coffee
Pastor is a third generation farmer . He a had humble beginning more than three decades ago, starting on a plot of land with 4000 Caturra trees. We are lucky to have snatched his very limited production of the rare Papayo varietal. Pastor remembers those early days fondly: less diseases, higher prices, healthier soils...
