About this coffee
W&H roasts everything dark, but after the pandemic more visitors arrived from countries where light roasts are the norm, so Kyoichi Yoshida set out, like a father with a new hobby, to find a W&H-style lighter roast. A natural Mundo Novo from Fazenda Horizontina in Patos de Minas, first made for a magazine project.
