About this coffee

The successor to Kelloo Bensa: a washed heirloom lot from the Chelbesa station in Gedeb, run by Ephtah under owner Wubit Bekele. The station sits at 2,200 m on two hectares with 150 raised drying beds, and Ephtah runs education, financial-literacy and leadership programmes for women in the coffee community. Very sweet with a tea-like body and a touch of Ethiopian florals; mirabelle, white currant, bergamot and honey. Roasted omni, for espresso, filter or milk drinks. Scored 88.75 on the roastery's own table.
