About this coffee
Heirloom from a 3.5 ha plot grown under enset shade at Lalesa in Gedeb. Cherries ferment five days in sealed barrels before 13–18 days on raised beds; Ephtah bought the Lalesa drying station, one of the area's largest with over 400 beds, in 2023.
