About this coffee
From El Encanto in Bruselas, Huila, where the Galindez family has grown coffee for four generations and Juan Daniel Molina and Sergio Galindez now focus on specialty microlots with extended fermentations. Whole Pink Bourbon cherries ferment sealed without oxygen and then dry slowly in the fruit: chocolate, dulce de leche and hazelnut with a long finish.
