About: Edwin Noreña is a fourth-generation coffee producer, trained agronomist, Q Grader, and Cup of Excellence judge from Quindío, Colombia. At his family farm, Finca Campo Hermoso, Edwin has become known for experimental processing and fermentation techniques designed to create distinctive and expressive cup profiles. This Bourbon Sidra is processed using Edwin’s Black Honey method, combining carefully controlled fermentation with honey processing.
