About this coffee

Curators' new decaf comes from San Agustín in southern Huila, part of the Macizo Colombiano and home to UNESCO-listed archaeological sites. It is produced by Cóndor, who have worked with San Agustín farmers for over 30 years, providing technical support and running the Club San Agustín cupping competition; about 80% of the growers farm under three hectares. Brown-sugar sweetness, soft citrus and a medium body: citrus, apricot, almond and toffee.
