De Mello Coffee is a Toronto specialty roaster founded by Felix Cha, who opened its first café at Yonge and Castlefield in 2013. It roasts in Concord, north of the city, where the roastery has a walk-in counter, and runs cafés on Yonge Street, on Bloor Street East and at The Well, with house blends alongside single origins and experimental “Innovation” lots.
