A deep roast kept just short of very dark so it is not merely bitter: bold enough to stand up to milk in a café au lait, good iced and for baking, with body and the beans' character behind the bitterness. Roasted to order from top-grade, mycotoxin-tested coffee; sold as a one-month (40-cup) or two-week pack.
Monaca's blend for drinking black, made only from top-grade coffee (the best 10% of world production) and roasted to order: low in acidity and bitterness, with deep body and a rich aroma. Each lot is tested to confirm it is free of mycotoxins. Best hot, as the acidity rises when it cools; sold as a one-month (40-cup) or two-week pack.
