Small coffee roastery and consultancy based in Norway — the roastery itself sits in Os, not ordinarily open to the public (tastings/courses by arrangement), with an office in Trondheim. Roasts single-origin lots for filter and espresso plus a Colombian decaf, ships worldwide, and runs a monthly coffee subscription.
