Ialty
Barolo, Piedmont, Italy
Specialty coffee roastery in Barolo, Piedmont, run by the team behind Mara dei Boschi — a Torino/Milano gelato, chocolate and coffee "art food" chain founded in 2012 (parent company Gecko Cioccolati e Gelati Torino S.r.l.). Ialty roasts single-origin lots sourced with full traceability, following SCA tasting protocols, and describes itself as a hub of cultural cross-pollination between food and wine excellence, art and sport — the Barolo roasting facility is open to visitors by appointment. Coffee is served and sold at Mara dei Boschi's Torino and Milano locations. Source: ialty.it, maradeiboschi.it.
