Specialty coffee roastery and café in Hamburg St. Pauli, roasting since 2014. Founded by former photographer Veljko Tatalovic, it grew from a pop-up into a fixture of Hamburg coffee: the Detlev-Bremer-Straße roastery-café runs barista courses and events, and Playground supplies cafés and offices across the city. It hand-selects and roasts single origins and blends, turning coffee "from a mass-market commodity into an accessible quality product."

A natural from the Asman Gayo Mill in Pegasing near Takengon, run by Cup of Excellence winner Asman Arianto. The mill processes the harvest of smallholder families around Pantan Musara who rebuilt their farms after a natural disaster, and — unusually for Sumatra, where almost everything is wet-hulled — produces both washed and natural lots. Grown at 1,300–1,650 m in the volcanic soils of the Barisan mountains; over 80% of Aceh's producers are women farming around a hectare each.
