Catapult Coffee & Studio is a social-enterprise café in uptown Saint John run by Outflow Ministry: it employs people who might otherwise struggle to find work, and all proceeds go back into the mission. It roasts its own small range in-house — Foundation espresso, Lighthouse, Mid-Tide, Red Brick, Fundy Deep and the Cam O’ Bean decaf — and its Princess Street café, with a fireplace back room, also sells pottery, candles and crocheted goods made in its creative studio.

This special coffee blend serves many purposes. We all know that to build something properly we need a solid foundation. As Catapult’s espresso bean, this is the foundation of many of our drinks. 100% of our proceeds to go Outflow Ministry, & at the heart of their work is the Foundation Centre which serves to create a safe place for vulnerable people to land, providing help for them to build off of a firm foundation. Head to one of our local beaches & enjoy watching the tides as you take in the flavour of this balanced medium roast from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua.
