Hermetic Coffee Roasters (Hermetic Coffee Roasters e.K., owner Mika Neu) is a Hamburg specialty roastery selling its own espresso blends and single-origin filter coffees online and to wholesale customers, alongside café-consulting services. Its original Sternschanze café at Sternstraße 68 was handed over to new owners in April 2020 and now trades as Manufact Coffee Roasters — Hermetic itself continues as an online/wholesale roastery, registered in Ottensen.
