Matchstick Coffee Roasters is a Vancouver specialty roaster that opened its first café on Fraser Street in 2012, in a former bank whose vault door is still in place. Its cafés in Fraser, Riley Park, Yaletown and Davie Village bake pastries on site every day and serve breakfast and lunch alongside its own coffee.
