Mr. Hoban's Coffee Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery in Hamburg-Rissen, founded in 2012 by Jan-Cort Hoban, who started in coffee in 2008 with the café Black Delight. Beans are gently roasted on a 35-kilo Loring Smart Roast (CO2- and water-neutral certified) for clean, bright cups, built on direct relationships with producers in Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia, Ethiopia and El Salvador. Coffee is sold through the online shop and wholesale to Hamburg cafés, restaurants and offices; the roastery keeps limited walk-in/pickup hours.
