Specialty coffee roaster-café in Milan’s Via Solari, opened in April 2026 by Hamid Azzab with his sister Hayeta Azzab and partner Frazes Alvares. Hamid roasts every coffee in-house — 100% arabica single origins bought as green sample lots, cupped, and profiled to taste — currently a Rwanda for espresso and a Colombia for filter.
