The micro-mill was founded in 2015 by Don William Mora Moreno and named after his daughter Helena. The 45-hectare farm keeps roughly 50% natural forest cover, focusing on anaerobic and natural processing rather than the region's standard washed method. Source: vits.coffee.

Honeydew melon, pear, sweet

This blend combines Brazilian coffee for body and sweetness, Ethiopian coffee for floral-fruity, chocolatey notes, and Indonesian coffee for strength and spice. Works as straight espresso, with milk, or as filter coffee. Source: vits.coffee.
