Karlova Kohv is an organic specialty roastery and café in the Karlova district of Tartu, roasting certified-organic coffee on a 12 kg Probat installed in the café itself. It was Estonia’s first café certified for 80–100% organic ingredients, and also runs a porridge bar and a second café on Tartu’s Town Hall Square. Beans are sold through its web shop.
