Roasting happens on site behind a half-wall on a 6-kilo North roaster; the café is known for seasonal drinks, vegan baked goods and reusable glassware. It is always a pleasure to work with Luis from Cosecha Traders, and this coffee from Faber Pacheco is no different. We have previously had a geisha varietal from Faber, and this coffee is another banger from him. Back for the fourth row in a year! We are so happy to have this entire microlot from Ofelia Meneses for the fourth year in a row; it is always a pleasure to work with Luis from Cosecha Traders! **These beans are dense; combined with a lighter roast profile, we tend to recommend this coffee for filter rather than espresso (but a commercial espresso grind will pull an epic shot).
