Pikkupaahtimo Pipa
Tampere, Finland
A one-person micro-roastery in Tampere's Pispala district, founded in August 2025 by Hanna Malkila, a self-described coffee nerd and former circular-economy and sustainability professional. Roasts in small batches out of a converted saddle-storage shed relocated to Koukkarinkatu 4, sourcing raw coffee only from responsible suppliers ("vastuullisuus on meillä DNA:ssa" — responsibility is in our DNA) and roasting with care to bring out each bean's potential. Coffee is sold for pickup and shipped nationwide across Finland. Source: pikkupaahtimopipa.fi.
