A Swiss specialty roastery run by "a collective of coffee enthusiasts, creatives, and curious minds, united by a shared love of caffeine and craft," sourcing coffee that respects origin and farmer expertise. They roast on a Stronghold S9X, an all-electric roaster that cuts carbon emissions by roughly 90% versus traditional gas roasting.

Shade-grown under mamecillo, cenizo and cedar at around 1,600 metres in Santa Clara; since 2024 the farm belongs to Fruits and Coffee of Panama, run by Pedro Rodríguez and local-born producer Ezequiel Batista. Violet, sweet strawberry, apricot and lemongrass; scored 88.

From SNAP's Chelbesa station above 2,000 metres in the Danche area, fed by hundreds of smallholders growing under native shade alongside bananas. Black tea, tangerine, peach and honey; scored 87.75.

A microlot from Danche, SNAP Coffee's main station in Gedeb and a field lab for processing technician Frew, grown by 810 smallholders from Danche and Kubi. Only cherries above 20° Brix, floated and shade-dried 48 hours before the hydro honey process. Kiwi, lychee, jackfruit and rum; scored 89.

From the Shonora family's 50-hectare farm at Gerba Dogo in the Guji highlands, fertilised only by compost from fallen shade-tree leaves. Violet, raspberry, lots of blueberry and a milky sweetness; scored 88.5.
