Ottoman Coffeehouse opened in Glasgow's West End in 2015, founded by two siblings who travelled to Istanbul to study traditional roasting and brewing. The team small-batch roasts on-site for their Turkish Ibrik coffee and is developing single-origin filter roasts, alongside serving Yemeni coffee, espresso and Ottoman teas in a space furnished with pieces from Istanbul's Grand Bazaar.
