Rooftop Coffee Roasters is a family-owned roastery café in the mountain town of Fernie. Co-founder and roaster Keegan Street began roasting as a teenager on the roof of the family home; the business went commercial in 2016 and was named Fernie’s New Business of the Year in 2020. The café on 2nd Avenue — under the very rooftop where it started — serves a rotating line-up of single origins and blends with French-style baked goods, from the window, on the patio or at a few indoor seats.

For those who aren't into the crazy fruity coffees and just want rich chocolatey goodness. The darkest coffee on our menu (though not your typical oily dark roast) expect full-bodied, low-acidity cups that will pair great with dairy/milk alternatives.
