Suuapinga

Munich, Germany

Founded in June 2021 by Peter Baumann, Lucas Wiltfang and Emanuel Etzersdorfer on just 16 square metres of Herzogstraße in Schwabing, Suuapinga takes its name from "Suapinga", the earliest recorded reference to what is now Munich's Schwabing district. Roasted in-house and focused on origin, quality and balance, the espresso-bar-style menu is deliberately reduced — coffee plus homemade (all-vegan) cinnamon and cardamom buns. Now five locations across Munich, with a dedicated bakery arm at the Glockenbach branch, alongside barista courses, wholesale and catering. Source: suuapinga.com
