Hue Coffee Roaster opened in October 2021 in Tanimachi, by Tanimachi 4-chome station, as a roaster-café built on "coffee chosen by colour": each coffee is named for a colour that matches its flavour, so you can pick by mood. Beans are sold in the shop and online.

A light-roasted Nyeri coffee that keeps Kenya's weight: navel-orange sweetness and acidity with pomegranate, turning syrupy as it cools. 100 g or 200 g.
