This coffee hails to us from the Cerrado Mineiro region. Naturally processed and grown by Maria Aparecida Bartoloci, Ziberto de Jesus Macedo and multiple skilled local farmers, this coffee brings generations of farming expertise to every bean. Each cup offers a complex flavour profile. The natural processing method brings a sweeter taste due to the longer contact with the fruit during drying. This technique, combined with sustainable and meticulous farming practices, ensures each bean represents the Brazilian coffee tradition of quality and high standards. This coffee comes to us from the Huila regions of Colombia. Grown at 1,200–1,800 meters above sea level, this coffee features Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Pink Bourbon varietals. This chemical-free process begins with gentle hydration to preserve origin character. Natural Green Coffee Extract—water infused with coffee's essential flavors, no caffeine or chemicals—surrounds the beans, allowing only caffeine to escape while flavor compounds remain locked within. Custom temperature-controlled drying ensures consistent moisture and freshness, followed by chemical-free carbon filtration that re Source: iconoclastcoffee.com (roaster’s own copy).
