Flatland Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster and café in Gimli, the lakeside town on Lake Winnipeg’s west shore, an hour north of Winnipeg. It roasts on site and serves espresso and pour-overs from a café with a street-front patio on Centre Street; its core range includes the Rogue espresso, North Forty and Darkside blends and a Swiss Water decaf.
