Cafe Cello is a small café and roastery near Alaunpark in Dresden-Neustadt, open since June 2022, founded by Eva Cello — a barista, coffee roaster and coffee sommelier with 20+ years of experience who also teaches barista courses. "Wir rösten selbst!" — all beans are sustainably sourced and farm-traceable, roasted in-house. Alongside coffee, Cafe Cello hosts concerts, readings and exhibitions, and runs a small coffee trailer at festivals and events. No online shop exists for its coffee range.
