Farben kaffee's "Apricot": Bensa Bombe, a washed heirloom from Faysel Yonis in Daye village, processed at the Ayla station in Bensa, Ethiopia. A long peach finish with iced tea, lemon, lime and bergamot. Roasted and brewed at Kajumi in the Helmholtzkiez.

Farben kaffee's "Brown": Campos Altos, a natural Red Catuaí from Vargem Grande in Brazil's Cerrado. Hazelnut, cacao nibs and stone fruit, the house's everyday coffee. Also sold as a decaf.

Farben kaffee's "Light Blue": La Maravilla Bajo, a washed Bourbon and Caturra from Mauricio Rosales Vasquez in Huehuetenango, close to the Mexican border. Lavender and dulce de leche with vanilla, nougat and stone fruit.

Farben kaffee's "Purple": Kawa La Soledad, a washed Pink Bourbon from Mauricio Rosales Vasquez in Huehuetenango near the Mexican border. Dark berries (mulberry, blackcurrant, blackberry) with an Earl Grey finish.

Farben kaffee's "Red": La Joyeria Mitaca, the washed fly-crop (mitaca) of the Echavarria family in Antioquia, Colombia. Crisp, clean and sweet berries with red wine and Earl Grey.

Farben kaffee's "Yellow": Las Nubes, a black-honey Caturra from Doris and Roberto Mata Naranjo in Valle de Dota, Costa Rica. Dried banana, orange, black tea and cherry with a syrupy body and complex acidity.
