Tusell Tostadores roasts specialty coffee from El Salvador. Founded by Nino Tusell in 2013 in Llinars del Vallès near Barcelona, where it roasted Salvadoran, Guatemalan and Nicaraguan coffees for espresso, it moved back to El Salvador in 2023 and now runs coffee shops in San Benito (San Salvador) and El Tunco.

Made with Tekisic, the "improved Bourbon" developed in El Salvador over almost three decades (released 1977) for the country's volcanic soils. Named for the jaguar, a symbol of balance in Salvadoran indigenous culture. Roasted light for V60, Chemex, AeroPress or French press, or medium for espresso.
