Quo Coffee
Skärhamn, Sweden
Quo Coffee is a specialty roastery in the seaside town of Skärhamn on the island of Tjörn, launched in December 2024 by Christian Gullbrandsson, Sarah Gerlam Madura and Hayden Moyle — a team with more than 40 years of combined specialty-coffee experience. Quo sets out to challenge the status quo of both commercial and specialty coffee through transparency and real sustainability, and is among the first roasters globally to join Belco’s sail-freight initiative. The roastery sits right on the marina and opens to visitors through the summer.
