Together with our friends at SNAP, we made this separation by requesting only the cherry grown above 2,450 meters. SNAP is calling this the Highest Elevation Project, and we are deeply grateful to everyone who brought it together. In the cup we find ripe peach, melon, and honeysuckle. This season brought some of the highest-quality Chiroso lots we have seen from our project in northern Antioquia. Daniel Caro's last harvest of the season is a lovely end to an exceptional year. In the cup we find lychee, oolong, and mango. Source: seycoffee.com (roaster’s own copy).

This decaffeinated lot is a blend of harvests from a small group of producers in San Agustín, Huila. In the cup we find a sweet and balanced profile of orange marmalade, dark chocolate, and strawberry. Source: seycoffee.com (roaster’s own copy).
