Lucky Cat Coffee is a specialty coffee roastery on Dresden's tree-lined Hauptstraße promenade in Neustadt, founded in 2022 by Henni and Didier (with backgrounds in Germany, Canada and Colombia), roasting fresh in-house on Mondays and Tuesdays and specialising in light-roast, high-scoring micro-lots — its name and cat-mascot logo are inspired by the maneki-neko "beckoning cat".

Discovered in Huila but genetically traced via DNA sequencing to an ancient wild Ethiopian landrace — a living botanical time capsule.
From two Colombian producers known for transforming specialty coffee production and reshaping industry standards.
Light-roasted JARC 74112, 74110 and local landraces grown by neighbouring families in Maketa, Lucky Cat's second year with Daye Bensa and first with the farmers of its Metima station. Daye Bensa runs several washing stations around Bensa and placed 7th, 8th and 2nd in Ethiopia's Cup of Excellence in 2020, 2021 and 2022.
A balanced blend of two complementary Kenyan varieties selected by farmer Hanner Wanjiku — SL 28 for crisp, juicy acidity, Ruiru 11 for depth and structure.
Third consecutive year partnering with Nestor Lasso, known for unique varieties including Chiroso, Ombligon, Pink Bourbon and Geisha.
