Specialty coffee café operating in Warsaw since 2011, near Plac Zbawiciela. Historically a curator of light-roasted single-origin Arabica from renowned guest roasters like Koppi, Gardelli, and Right Side. In early 2025 the team launched its own in-house roastery at its Bielany location using a ROEST P3000 — reported as the first of its kind in Poland — and now roasts and sells its own beans alongside guest-roaster selections. Two locations: the original Śródmieście brew bar on Marszałkowska, and the Bielany café/roastery on Aleja Zjednoczenia.
