A blend of smallholder lots from the regions around Mount Kenya, named after the Maasai jumping dance. Hand-picked, wet-milled the same day, sun-dried on raised beds and graded at the dry mill for AB beans. Roasted for sweetness: juicy yet delicate.
Strawberry · Raspberry · Cola

The signature blend, named after the Greenwich street of 15grams' first coffee house. Mostly Fazenda California in Paraná, the historic farm Luiz and Flavia Saldanha bought to revive quality in the region. A forgiving omni roast for espresso or filter.
Dark chocolate · Redcurrant · Caramel

Kibingo takes cherry from over 3,500 farmers averaging 300 trees each. Dry fermented about 12 hours after pulping, soaked in mountain water, density-sorted and soaked again before drying on raised beds: juicy and syrupy-sweet.
Apple · Dried fruits · Panela

A selection from smallholders in the northern Andes of Cajamarca. Floated and hand-sorted, fermented 30–40 hours, washed and dried 16–20 days under controlled conditions: juicy with bright acidity.
White grape · Apple · Brown sugar

The signature filter coffee, named after the Prime Meridian through Greenwich. This season from Fazenda California: an intense caramel aroma, toasted peanut and a long chocolate finish.
Dark chocolate · Toasted peanut · Caramel

Named after the Blackheath street of the second 15grams coffee house. Grown, processed and decaffeinated at origin in Huila using a solvent from fermented sugarcane; an omni roast for any brewer.
Milk chocolate · Peanut · Pecan
