Java City began as a small neighborhood roastery and café in Sacramento’s Midtown in 1985 and has grown into one of the largest specialty coffee roasters and wholesalers in the country, supplying 2,000+ nationwide foodservice and hospitality accounts. Coffee is slow-roasted in traditional Italian brick-lined roasters using radiant heat.
