Industra Coffee
Brno, Czech Republic
Industra Coffee is a Czech specialty roastery founded in Brno in 2013 by Petra Strelecká and Adam Obratil, who met working in London's specialty scene (Prufrock Coffee and Taylor St Baristas). It roasts single-origin coffees on a 12 kg Diedrich IR-12 at the Nová Zbrojovka complex in Brno, where the roastery shares a riverside industrial hall with a café and a coffee-course programme. In Prague it runs a café inside the 1981 Second Hand vintage shop in Nusle and an espresso bar on the Holešovice–Letná border. Source: industra.coffee.
