Chimney Coffee House was established in 2010 as Los Angeles Chinatown's first specialty cafe, roasting its own seasonal, small-batch coffee in-house. Its tagline, "Roasted in Los Angeles. Inspired by Bangkok," reflects a sister cafe in Bangkok, Thailand that shaped the brand's broader vision. The Chinatown cafe has grown into a full-service neighborhood spot serving food and pastries alongside its own roasted beans.
