Canadian Heritage Roasting Co.
Calgary, AB, Canada
Canadian Heritage Roasting Company — founded in 2015 as Calgary Heritage Roasting Co. by former wildland firefighters Mike Wenzlawe and Jamie Parker — roasts organic-certified coffee and plants a tree in Canada for every bag sold. Since 2019 its flagship café and roastery has occupied the restored 1911 C.C. Snowdon oil-refinery building in Calgary, with the roaster on view behind glass, two floors of seating built from reclaimed timber, and green beans for home roasters.
