Museo Coffee Roasters is an owner-operated roaster and coffee bar in Saskatoon, in business since 2007 and credited with bringing third-wave coffee to the city. It started inside the former Mendel Art Gallery overlooking the river valley and now roasts and pours from a small shop on Broadway Avenue in Nutana.
