From a collective of 377 small farmers across 477 hectares in Kintamani. Whole cherries sealed in CO₂ for carbonic maceration. Chemical-free, shade-grown, composting-focused cooperative.
Cherry liqueur, dark chocolate, almond

From ASOMUJER — 75 women producers in southern Huila, including single mothers and families affected by conflict. Founded 2007. Sugarcane ethyl acetate decaffeination preserves full sweetness.
Dried plum, white tea, molasses

From 175 smallholder farmers including indigenous and Afro-descendant communities under the El Indio program (ASOPEP). Vibrant acidity that transitions to chocolate-orange-mint, finishing with candied orange sweetness.
Sauvignon blanc, candied orange, chocolate

A collaboration between Cauca producers and Banexport's micromill. Ripe cherries dried on raised beds for a minimum of two weeks. Fruity acidity with enveloping sweetness — vibrant, elegant, and persistent.
Cranberry, tangerine, caramel crunch

"Oboleyan" means brothers in Afan Oromo — founded in 2018 by four family members with 148 smallholder producers. Agroforestry, no synthetic chemicals. Pulped cherries dried on African beds for ~3 weeks.
Black tea, apricot, lemon

From Eby Arcely Samayoa and her husband Antonio Medina. Fully ripe cherries fermented in nylon bags for 48–58 hours, then dried on raised beds for 16–20 days for a complex aromatic profile.

An emerging specialty origin from Puebla. Balanced and accessible with subtle complexity — creamy sweetness, delicate acidity, smooth structure, and excellent finish.
