Jolicoeur Coffee Roasters

Mons, Belgium

A specialty coffee roastery and tiny coffee shop in Mons, founded by Ludo after he discovered specialty coffee travelling through Canada, Australia, Peru and Indonesia and trained as a barista abroad. The name comes from "Jolicoeur," the Montreal metro station he passed through daily during a 2017 Canadian working holiday — and each coffee is named after a Montreal neighbourhood or metro stop as a tribute to that trip. Beans are sourced through Cuprima and DR Wakefield, emphasizing quality, traceability and sustainability. Source: jolicoeurcoffee.be
