A 50/50 espresso blend of natural Brazil Salto from Fabio Reis in Sul de Minas and washed Indian Elkhill Estate, including robusta. Dark chocolate, malt, hazelnut and a hint of pipe tobacco with a stable crema.

A special edition joining coffees from Elvis Reynerio Tineo Rafael and the Marin Mirez family in El Diamante, a high community in the Jaén mountains. In the cool, damp microclimate, cherries rested 36 hours, then fermented another 36 with their fruit before sun-drying. Very sweet; roasted for both espresso and filter.

From the Karimikui station of the Rungeto Farmers' Cooperative, founded 1977 and uniting over 1,400 smallholders; the society also runs a milk cooling plant and a petrol station to diversify farmers' income. Washed and dried on raised beds: green apple, citrus and plenty of caramel as espresso.
