Kaffa is a specialty coffee roastery on Ryen in Oslo, founded in 2005 by Robert Thoresen, World Barista Champion 2000. The team roasts and supplies specialty coffee to restaurants, bakeries, coffee bars and hotels across Norway, alongside its own retail beans, brewing equipment and coffee subscriptions. Fazenda IP was founded in 1967 by Isidro Pereira and expanded through the 1970s by his son Luiz Paulo Pereira Sr., pioneering coffee growing around Carmo de Minas, now home to some of Brazil's most awarded farms thanks to elevation, nutrient-rich soil and careful processing. Source: kaffa.no.

New arrival. Santuario Sul ("sanctuary of the south") began as part of the Irmãs Pereira farm and is now its own 120-hectare estate run by Luis Paulo Dias Pereira Jr., doubling as both a working farm and an experimental station growing over 30 varieties. A clean, elegant, washed lot from Ethiopia's Gedeo zone, grown on smallholder family farms at 1,950-2,100 masl under native shade trees and false banana in a traditional agroforestry system.
