Why the secret? No secret, really. Because we're sourcing and turning over coffees more often to focus on selling exceptional beans in their peak state of quality, the exact bean on this roast will change cyclically. That said, the flavor profile for this coffee will be consistent. If we find a bean that still fits the "Dark Secret" bill for overall taste and quality, but has decidedly different tasting notes, we will definitely let you know. Currently? Dark roast.
