Founded in 2019 by Italian coffee enthusiast Andrea Trevisan in the Alpine village of Bezau, TREVO is a specialty roastery and, since 2021, a third-wave café — an unlikely coffee destination in the Bregenzerwald. Over half its lots are sourced through direct trade with small producers, with a philosophy of letting "the coffee taste like itself." Beyond roasting and serving coffee, TREVO runs courses and events, supplies regional hospitality businesses, and holds organic certification (Austria Bio Garantie, AT-BIO-301). Source: trevo.coffee
