Rush Rush is an Antwerp roastery and café run by life partners Simon Derutter (formerly of MOK) and Nanigui Patel (formerly chef at Caffènation and a Belgian AeroPress Champion), who met at an AeroPress championship. Their café fills an ornate corner townhouse in the Zurenborg neighbourhood and serves the current roasts — every filter brewed on AeroPress — with seasonal dishes and homemade cakes. The coffee is roasted at a separate production space (visits on request) and every lot is offered as both a filter and an espresso roast.
