Dark Pony Coffee is a specialty micro-roastery and café on The Moor in the heart of Falmouth, Cornwall, founded in May 2022 by Mael, Grace and Jacob. The team handles the entire coffee journey in-house — sourcing green beans through selective importers, roasting, packaging and serving — while also rotating in guest roasters, pastries, cakes and toasties. In 2026 it was the only café in Cornwall or Devon named to Time Out's list of the 44 Best Coffee Shops in the UK.
